This Sunday morning our choir will be singing a song called "Is He Worthy?" It's a unique song, written in a question - answer format. Our soloist, Suzanne Quinn, asks the questions and our choir gives the answers. It is a style that is connected to the liturgy in traditional churches, where the priest or the pastor makes a statement and the congregation responds. This "call and response" technique is often used in Black Gospel Music as well. It is a powerful tool and we pray that it will be a powerful moment in our service.
