David's Daily Devotion for April 27

April 27, 2022 - Good Morning! It's Wednesday, April 27.

Last evening, Janette Wittmann, our church pianist, shared a delightful program for our community. A good crowd enjoyed the presentation called, "Music and Nature". Janette shared examples of musical pieces and songs that celebrate the stars, flowers, trees, wind, water, etc. It was a fascinating and inspiring event.

This morning we celebrate the God of Creation. The colors and fragrances of spring are all around us right now, and continue to bless all of our senses. We celebrate the great care that God took with His creation. We celebrate the great gift that He gave to us - a gift that keeps on giving every year, every season. God's Word speaks our hearts this morning -

Revelation 4:11 - Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they were created.

Psalm 95:6 - Let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Creator.

Isaiah 45:18 - Thus says the Lord, who created the heavens and who formed the earth and made it: "I am the Lord, and there is no other!"

Jeremiah 10:12 - It is He who made the earth by His power, who established the world by His wisdom, and by His understanding stretched out the heavens.

Hebrews 3:4 - Every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.

Meet you back here tomorrow,
Bro. David
