March 28, 2023 - Shelbyville High School's, Carlos Garrett competed on March 25, 2023, in the State Powerlifting competition in Abilene, TX. Carlos competed in the 181 lb weight class, and came in 3rd in the State for division 4.
Carlos set new personal records for each lift for an increase of 60 lbs, and a total of 1410 total lbs.

Bench Press 370 lbs
Deadlift 540 lbs
