April 14, 2016 - I-Fit Aerobics and ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Alicia Davis, will be having a Free Class Saturday, April 16th! Anyone interested in starting their fitness journey is encouraged to drop by and catch a glimpse into what all I-Fit Aerobics can offer you.
No physical assessment necessary, though you must sign a waiver to start your work out. Each class will be 30 minutes long and are based on a first come, first serve basis. I-Fit Aerobics is located off the square, right next to The Balcony.

2:30 - 3:00 Kickboxing
3:00 - 3:30 Yoga
3:30 - 4:00 Step Aerobics
4:00 - 4:30 Advanced HIIT
4:30 - 5:00 Diet Down
