June 13, 2024 - Today was the second of the Fannie Brown Booth Library Summer Reading/Discovery programs: Creature Teacher. We had a capacity crowd as the Creature Teacher, Amanda, presented a tremendous program about various animals from different countries. The children and adults alike were thrilled with the animals and learned many facts about them.
The program ended with a selfie time with Brewster, the baby kangaroo. The program is so popular that we have scheduled two programs for next year: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
The Summer Reading/Discovery programs are sponsored by the Center Noon Lions Club.
