January 24, 2018 - The Piney Woods Photographic Society held their first monthly meeting of 2018 this past Saturday. The monthly challenge featured "Open" photography, where club members submitted photos of their choice for judging and critique. The winners are as follows:

Would like to send a big "welcome" to our newest members, Lawrence & Angie Davis of Center, TX., Kathy Mills of Milam TX and Melvin & Linda Hanson, also of Milam. I know they are going to be an asset to our group as we start our 5th year.
The PWPS meets the 3rd Saturday of each month at the First United Methodist Church on Porter St. in Center, TX from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Anyone interested in learning about how to take better pictures or something about a camera, are welcome to sit in on our meetings and give us a try. embership fees are $35.00 per person and only $10 per each additional family member. There are workshops, fields trips, etc., coming up for 2018.
