Raegan Hovey Takes Attorney's Oath in Historic Courthouse

October 20, 2023 - Reagan Hovey recited the Oath of Attorney on Thursday, October 19, 2023 in the courtroom of the Shelby County Historic Courthouse with 123rd District Judge LeAnn Kay Rafferty administering the oath.

Attending the ceremony was his wife, Miranda Hovey; parents, Todd and Mary Hovey of Joaquin; in-laws, Rodney and Shonda Prnka of Joaquin; and niece and nephew, Stella and Jackson Bonner of Joaquin.

Newly sworn in Attorney Hovey graduated from Joaquin High School in 2017. After high school, he attended Texas A&M University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020. In 2023, he graduated Cum Laude from Baylor Law School.

Reagan Hovey and his wife, Miranda, live in Dallas, Texas, where he works at Husch Blackwell.
