December 11, 2019 - My name is Robert Alan Hairgrove, and I am seeking re-election for Shelby County Constable in Precinct 5. I have proudly served the Citizens of this Precinct for the past 3 1/2 years, and have been commissioned as a Peace Officer for over 14 years. I currently possess an Advanced Peace Officer License from the Texas Commission of Law Enforcement. I have investigated numerous crimes against Citizens of this Precinct, and successfully solved them. I work long and varied hours patrolling areas of Precinct 5 to ensure that you, your loved ones, and your property are safe and secure. I have a great working relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies in this area, and look forward to being able to continue making a positive difference.
