May 10, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 15th day of May, 2024 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Consider and possibly approve the Resolution for the Sick Pool for Shelby County Employees.
4. Consider and possibly approve the estimate for the Shelby Co. Sheriff’s Department to upgrade the current Software system.
5. Discuss and possibly approve entering into agreement with Huber Water Supply Corp to fund a new well through ARPA funding.
6. Texas Association of Counties, County Relations Officer, Rhita Koches to address the Court.
7. Adjourn.
