According to Texas Department of Public Safety State Trooper Dustin Ramos, at 9:38pm a grey 2017 GMC Yukon driven by Patricia Wright, 47, of Center was westbound on FM 138 at the 3000 block.
May 17, 2021 - A Shelby County Grand Jury handed down 110 indictments including several relating to a vehicle crash in 2020 that resulted in the deaths of five Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
The grand jury was impaneled for the July 2020 term of the 123rd Judicial District Court, and grand jury was held in both the 123rd and 273rd Judicial District courts. Due to COVID-19, there has been a backlog of cases and the grand jury impaneled just before pandemic restrictions were put in place is meeting once again to complete their duties.

According to Commissioner Bellmyer, CR 4323 at Risinger Creek has water over the roadway, and as a result it has been closed off with barricades until it is once again passable by cars.
