June 27, 2024 - Officers of the Center Woman's Reading Club met in the home of president Alease Copelin for a working lunch on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
April 12, 2024 - The Roughrider Scholarship Foundation and the Bone Hill Foundation announced the Class of 2024 scholarship recipients during an awards program held April 10, 2024.
May 10, 2023 - The Catherine Pinkston Roughrider Scholarship Foundation is proud to announce the scholarship award recipients for the Center High School Class of 2023. The awards were presented during a ceremony held May 9th at the school. A total of $150,550 in scholarship money has been awarded by the foundation alone to the CHS and Roughrider Academy Classes of 2023.
June 16, 2021 - Flags to Fight Hunger will stay up through July 4th as we prepare to celebrate our nation's birthday!

Janaury 27, 2020 - Center High School is hosting a spring meeting for Senior parents and students on Monday, February 3, 2020, in the high school cafetorium at 5:30pm. Senior spring events will be discussed and forms distributed. Parents are urged to attend this important meeting. Questions may be directed to Alease Copelin at 598-1512.
July 31, 2019 - Center ISD offers career and technical education programs in the areas of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources; Arts, Audio/Visual Tech & Communications; Architecture &Construction; Business, Finance & Marketing; Health Science; Hospitality & Tourism; Manufacturing; Career Development. Admission to these programs is based on course guidelines as noted in the TEA CTE Course Description Guide and TEKS for the courses in each program area.
