Local Author Celebrates New Children's Book Release, Book Signing Party

May 30, 2017 – The Little Fox Marketplace-Bakery & Boutiques is hosting a book signing party with Terri Lacher, local author, illustrator and columnist, celebrating her new children’s book release, The Queen of Pink. The book signing will be held Saturday, June 3 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. with story time reading at 2:00 p.m. Goodie bags will be available for the first 30 party attendees!  The Little Fox Marketplace-Bakery & Boutiques is located at 101 Shelbyville Street, on the historic downtown Center square.

April 19, 2016 - The Beta Sigma Phi Preceptor Upsilon Chapter announces the winners of their annual fundraiser drawings held Monday, April 18 with proceeds benefiting the Fannie Brown Booth Memorial Library and other community projects.  Members with the Preceptor Upsilon Chapter extend their appreciation and gratitude to the businesses for their generosity with donating prizes and to the community for supporting this year’s fundraiser.  The 2016 fundraiser winners include:
