Timpson ISD partners with Panola College to offer dual credit classes that lead to technical certificates, core completion and associates degrees. March 27, 2023 - The Panola College General Scholarship application is due this Friday, March 31st. Current students as well as high school seniors who will attend next year, are eligible to apply. Check the Panola College website for details. https://www.panola.edu/scholarships
September 15, 2022 - Timpson High School's 2022 Homecoming will be Friday, September 23rd when the Bears will battle the Grapeland Sandies. The day will begin with the homecoming court breakfast, followed by rehearsal and the annual parade starting at 2pm.
After the parade, there will be a community pep-rally on the square. Community floats are encouraged and welcome!
July 26, 2022 - Little Flock Cemetery Association will have their annual meeting on Sunday, August 14th following homecoming services at Little Flock Church and fellowship hall. The address is 564 CR 4330, Bronson, Texas, located in San Augustine County.
Family members and descendants of those buried there are encouraged to attend the meeting. Little Flock Cemetery was established in 1883 and is maintained by a committee of local families including Browns, Byleys, Crockers, Mancills and Woodses.
