August 2, 2016 - I hope that you are having a terrific summer. As we get closer to the beginning of school I wanted to inform you about some new ways we at Center Middle School are going to try and communicate with you this upcoming school year. We at CMS are constantly trying to improve communication with you, our school community. With that being said we have decided to introduce two new communication tools to go along with all of our traditional forms of communication.

May 17, 2016 - This summer, Center ISD will have a Book Mobile delivering books available for check out just like our FLM, CES, CIS and CMS campus libraries! Our book mobile locations and times are as follows: 

June 14, 2016 - The state has delayed the reporting date for STAAR results until July 5th. As a result, end of year report cards will not be mailed until we receive STAAR results on July 5th. If you would like a copy of your child's report card before then you may go by Center Middle School office, Monday through Thursday.  Our hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. May 27, 2016 - CMS yearbooks are now available for pickup. If you ordered a yearbook, see Mrs. Andrews in Room 32 Friday, May 27, or between noon and 5 PM Wednesday and Thursday afternoons (June 1 and 2). We have a few extras available for $30 if you want to purchase a yearbook.

May 24, 2016 - Center Middle School band recently held their annual end of the year concerts. Several students were recognized by CMS band directors and given Most Outstanding or Director's Awards.
