Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Round-Up! - Registration for PK-4 and Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2020 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Due to the school closures and social distancing order, registration packets will be available for pick up at the elementary. There will be a box located on the sidewalk with packets labeled Pre-K and Kindergarten. You will have the option of dropping off your packets on May 12, 2020 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. or mailing your packets in.
April 21, 2020 - All school work (packets) will be due on Friday, April 24. Be sure to label all work with name, grade, teacher, assignment title, etc. It would be great if all work is returned in a folder if possible. If you have library books at home, you may drop those off with your school work.
April4, 2020 - We at Timpson ISD regretfully announce that we must cease and suspend providing meals and packet pickup effective immediately due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in our county and surrounding areas and reports of its risk in other locations. It is imperative that we protect our children, parents and employees. We must ALL stay home to prevent the potential spread of this virus.

The Timpson ISD Child Nutrition Department will be providing meals during the school closure to all kids 18 years of age and below.
March 18, 2020 - Timpson ISD is making the decision to close school following spring break this week. The closing will be for an indefinite amount of time and until further notice.
We will be posting additional information regarding how the district plans to provide for remote instruction and provide other services to students in the coming days and potentially weeks.
We as a district are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously and will be in contact with officials across the State concerning the issue.
Timpson ISD is monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and as Texas Education Agency information emerges we will be taking appropriate steps as needed. We have been given guidelines and procedures for determining how to address the issue. As a district, we plan to take all necessary and appropriate steps to responsibly address the issue in a proactive manner. We are participating in state level audio conferences that will provide information daily.
