Precinct Chairs filings began on September 11th, 2023. Open filing period ends December 11th, 2023.

October 16, 2023 - Democrats monthly meeting will be October 19, at Las Margaritas restaurant, 5:30pm, eat if you like, pot lock. 

Meeting will start at 6pm.  

September 22, 2023 - Candidate Recruitment meeting at 6pm on September 27, 2023 at Las Margaritas, 110 Nacogdoches street, Center.

February 21, 2023 - Patsy Handy, Shelby County Democratic Party Chair, announces that due to her upcoming knee surgeries, Mr. Richard Lundie, Precinct chair 8 Tenaha, will be acting Deputy County Chair for the Shelby County Democrats until her return.
