June 1, 2017 Nacogdoches – NMC Health Network is leading a community effort to provide area children and adults struggling with hunger a healthy breakfast this summer. The Healthy over Hungry Cereal Drive benefits The East Texas Food Bank, a member of the Feeding America network, and will be held June 2nd through June 9th.

Humana Patients’ In-Network Access Restored on June 1st at NMC Health Network

May 19, 2017 – Nacogdoches Medical Center, the anchor of NMC Health Network, today announced that effective June 1, 2017, all patients covered under Humana’s commercial and Medicare health insurance, including members who are part of the Employer and Teacher Retirement Systems of Texas (TRS and ERS), will have in-network access to its hospital, physician clinics and hospital-affiliated outpatient centers.

The new agreement with Humana includes Nacogdoches Medical Center, an acute care facility, and the following extensions of the network:
