What's Happening at the Library: Preschool Story Time Once Again

August 31, 2018 - School has started. Summer has ended. And it is time for the Fannie Brown Booth Library to start Preschool Story Time once again. We will begin on Thursday, September 6th, at 10:30am.

Preschool Story Time is for children 2-5 years of age. We read a story, sing songs, make a simple craft - just have fun for 30 - 45 minutes.

What's Happening at the Library!

July 24, 2018 - Wednesday, July 25th at 10:30 a.m., will be the last Summer Preschool Story Time at the Fannie Brown Booth Library. There will be no Story Time during the month of August. We will start back with our regular Story Time on Thursday, September 6th, at 10:30am.

Color Me Calm will meet Wednesday, July 25th, at 2:00 p.m. The Library provides all materials. Just come and enjoy!

What's Happening at the Library!

July 4, 2018 - The Fannie Brown Booth Library will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th, in celebration of America’s Independence Day.

On Thursday, July 5th, at 10:30am, Capt. Barnacles and the Swashbuckling Gurus will present a musical puppet show for children 4-8 years of age.

Then at 2pm, the Tweens (ages 9-13 years) will have a LEGO challenge.

The Library’s summer program is sponsored by the Center Noon Lions Club.

What's Happening at the Library: Tweens Drumming at the Library Today (2pm)

June 7, 2018 - The Fannie Brown Booth Library is getting ready for the 2018 Summer Reading/Learning Program. Reading logs, along with a schedule of the summer's activities, may now be picked at the library. This year's theme is LIBRARIES ROCK!

Our first event will be Wednesday, June 6th at 10:30 a.m., with Summer Preschool Story Time. This program is for ages 2-5 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
