Center ISD to Host Positive Parenting Seminar, Children with Challenging Behaviors

April 18, 2016 - A Parent Seminar will be presented by Rita Galbraith, Behavior Specialist. The topic will be Positive Parenting Seminar, Children with Challenging Behaviors. Mrs. Galbraith will present strategies for understanding and meeting the needs of these children to help them lead happy, healthy and successful lives. This seminar will be held Thursday, April 21st from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Center Intermediate School Library.

From Left: Michel Robledo, Luis Sequera, and Zoie Ebernez April 14, 2016 - On April 13th, the Center FFA Vet Med team traveled to Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas to compete in the Pineywoods District and Area IX Veterinary Technician contest.

This Week at CISD: April 11th to 15th (Updated)

April 11, 2016 - Center Elementary School is hosting a book fair in the CES library from 8:30 - 2:00 every day the week of April 11-15.

The annual CHS Senior BBQ will be on Friday, April 15 in the NAPA parking lot. Plates are available from 10:20 - 12. Meals are $7 and include a BBQ sandwich, chips, water and a cookie.

Center HS Softball T-Shirt's Now Available, Deadline Friday

April 13, 2016 - Shirt orders are due Friday, April 15. They are $15 each. Please submit the attached form to the Athletic Office or to Coach McMichael with your payment.

Center FFA Forestry places 2nd at Area

April 13, 2016 - The Center FFA Forestry team traveled to Sam Houston State University on 4/12 to compete against 25 advancing teams and 105 individuals.

As a team they placed 2ND out of 25!!

April 25th, Monday - Girls @ MS Auditorium @ 6:30 p.m.
April 28th, Thursday - Boys @ MS Auditorium @6:30 p.m.

Parent/Guardian meetings will be held for 7th and 8th grade boys/girls who plan to be in the RoughriderAthletic Program during the 2016 - 2017 school year.

These meetings are very important!! Please make every effort to attend. Valuable information, athletic forms and program expectations will be made available for your benefit.
