January 25, 2022 - Watlington and Shires productions is proud to present a LIVE stream of tonight's basketball game between the Center Roughriders and Rusk Eagles. The broadcast begins with the ladies pre-game at 6:15pm. Stay with us through the lady Riders, Roughriders, and postgame.

January 21, 2022 - Watlington and Shires productions is pleased to provide a live stream of tonight's district basketball games for both the Roughriders and the Lady Riders. Tonight, Center visits the Hudson Hornet's. Tonight is their homecoming game.
Pregame for the ladies will begin at 6:15 featuring the coach talk with head coach Cory Leverson. Tip off will be around 630.
January 17, 2022 - Due to a large number of scheduled Covid tests, Center ISD will not be offering walk-in Covid testing on Thursday, January 20. If any staff or student is experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay off campus on Thursday and walk in testing will resume on Friday morning, January 21 at 8am.
January 5, 2022 - The Center Band Boosters invite anyone with an interest in the band program to attend our meetings. All meetings begin at 5:30 in the High School Band Hall.

January 4, 2021 - The following are Center ISD's Outstanding Roughriders for the 2nd Nine Weeks. These students have been recognized by their teachers for being such great examples.
January 4, 2022 - Center High School UIL Academics was awarded a $520 grant for hosting their third Big Question Debate Tournament on December 4. Thirty-seven students participated in the debate, and teachers donated their time to judge.
"It is an event for all the students," Debate coach and UIL Coordinator Douglas Moore said, "We don't let debate kids participate unless they find someone outside of the UIL program to be their partner."
CHS UIL and Debate teams will have a busy spring semester.
December 28, 2021 - Tickets for the Center HS Roughrider boy's basketball away game against Pleasant Grove on Wednesday, December 29th will be sold online. Admission cost is $4 for adult and $2 for student. Nineth grade game starts at 1pm followed by JV (2:45pm) and then varsity (4:15pm).
