October 21, 2021 - The Roughrider Broadcast Team is excited to bring you a live podcast of the Center Tennis Team today, October 21 in their Regional Semi-Final tournament against the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns. In addition to audio play-by-play commentary of the different matches, you’ll see an interactive scoreboard of each match in both the doubles and singles rounds.

Mark Perkins, CHS to host Scholarship Writing Workshops for Shelby County Students

October 21, 2021 (Flyer) - Former scholarship winner, 2020 CHS graduate, and published creative writing major, Mark Perkins, will host two writing workshops at Center High School this fall for all high school students in Shelby County.

Gifted, Talented Program Referrals Open

October 4, 2021 - The Counseling Department of Center ISD is accepting referrals for the Gifted and Talented program until Friday, October 29, 2021 for our annual assessment period. Referral forms can be found on the District website and in the front office of each campus and should be returned either to the campus office or to the administration office.

While the district accepts referrals throughout the year, assessments for students after October 29, 2021 will be on an as-needed basis as determined by the district.
