Center HS Graduation: Practice, Ceremony, Photos

May 24, 2021 - Center High School graduation activities

Graduation practice - May 26 - 9:00 am 
Be in the gym with cap/gown   After photos, seniors will go to the stadium for practice.

Graduation - May 27
Seniors are to meet at the high school cafeteria between 6:45 - 7:00 p.m. for graduation. The ceremony begins at 8:00. No tickets are required. Should there be rain and the ceremony can not be held at the stadium, graduation will be moved to Friday at the same time.

Roughrider Broadcast Team Covering Tennis Championships in San Antonio (Updated)

Update: The boys double team Jack Callen Watlington and Ian Williams advanced to the next round. The Roughrider broadcast team will have pregame at 3pm with the game starting at 3:15pm. Catch the action by going to twitch.tv

Center ISD Competes in State Tennis Championship; View Live Scoring

May 19, 2021 - View live match results as doubles teams Ian Williams and Jack Callen Watlington and Sarah Scull and Emilee Elliott attend the state tennis tournament Thursday, May 20 and Friday, May 21st.

Center ISD Notice of Public Comment with Parent and Community Member Survey

May 19, 2021 - The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III) provides relief funds to school districts across the country. Center ISD is seeking input from stakeholders as we develop plans to ensure the health and safety of our school community and to address COVID related learning loss. Your feedback and input is incredibly valuable and will help inform our final plan.

CISD Multipurpose Event Center Update (English/Spanish)

May 14, 2021 - To the Taxpayers and Citizens of the Center Independent School District: 

We want to take this opportunity to inform you that the Center ISD Board of Trustees and Administration have agreed not to build the Multi-Purpose Event Center that encompassed the largest element of our extra-curricular improvements portion of the 2018 Bond Election. This decision was not an easy one to make and has only resulted after extensive internal discussions, and meetings with the architects and the construction company. 

Center ISD Accepting Transfer Applications, Deadline May 27

May 11, 2021 - Center ISD is now accepting applications for transfer students in grades K-12 for the 2021-2022 school year.  

A transfer application may be obtained from the District’s website at www.centerisd.org, by clicking here, or calling 936-598-5642.

The deadline is Thursday, May 27 at 4:00 p.m. No transfer applications will be accepted after Thursday, May 27.
