April 26, 2018 - Citizens of Shelby County have teamed up with the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce to host an American Idol Watch Party on Sunday, April 29, 2018 to support our own, Cade Foehner in his journey to be the Next American Idol!

April 27, 2018 - Children’s advocacy centers provide a safe, child-friendly environment where law enforcement, child protective services, prosecution, medical and mental health professionals may share information and develop effective, coordinated strategies sensitive to the needs of each unique case and child.

April 23, 2018 - The Piney Woods Photography Society (PWPS) held their monthly meeting Saturday, April 21, 2018 with a large attendance to hear the very informative workshop on "Using Flash Indoors and Outside" presented by Janet Windham Hughes. The April Challenge featured a total of 26 photographs submitted by members for voting and critique on "Reflections." The quality of the pictures was outstanding and showed the talent of all who participated.
