April 21, 2016 - There are 15 yearbooks for the current school year still available for purchase. Books are sold first-come, first-served at $45/each. Cash and checks made payable to CHS Yearbook are accepted. 

The yearbooks, if delivered to campus on time, will be handed out on May 18 at the first annual Senior Signing Party. Seniors will enjoy senior breakfast and have time to get their books signed by their peers. A signature souvenir will be provided to students without a book. 

April 20, 2016 - The High School Area Track Meet schedule has changed and will be held at Carthage High School on Friday, April 22, 2016.

Field events will begin at 9:30am with running events to begin at 1:30pm. The meet will conclude at about 3:30pm.

April 20, 2016 - Center Middle School yearbook #cmsridernation2016 is being published and should be delivered by end of school year.  A few extras were ordered, so make sure your CMS student will have this hardback, 96 page book to treasure for years to come!  Books cost $30.  Please see Mrs. Mahan in the front office, or Yearbook sponsor, Gladys Andrews.  ​

April 19, 2016 - A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of Center Independent School District (CISD) was held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Center Independent School District Administration Board Room located at 107 Private Road 605 Center, Texas 75935.
