Senior Citizen & Retiree Athletic Passes

August 8, 2016 - All Senior Citizens (65 years or older) who reside in the Center ISD School District & Retired Personnel may receive their free general admission athletic pass for the 2016-2017 school year upon request. Picture ID passes will be issued on Monday, August 8th - Friday, August 19th from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Center ISD Administration Office, 107 PR 605, Center, Texas.

Center ISD Employees, Substitute Teachers and Volunteer IDs

August 8, 2016 - Center ISD Employees, Substitute Teachers that have been approve by the School Board and Volunteers that have completed appropriate paper work for the 2016 – 2017 school year can have theirs ID’s made on Monday, August 8th – Friday, August 19 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Administration Office.

Center Roughrider Football Practice Schedule Change

August 5, 2016 - Stephanie Bowman, athletic secretary reports a practice schedule change for Monday, August 8th and Tuesday, August 9th.

All high school football players (Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity) will practice from 7am to 10am.

**Players need to arrive at the fieldhouse to dress between 6:30am and 6:45am.**

As we get closer to the beginning of school I wanted to inform you about some new ways we at Center Middle School are going to try and communicate with you this upcoming school year. We at CMS are constantly trying to improve communication with you, our school community. With that being said we have decided to introduce two new communication tools to go along with all of our traditional forms of communication.

Center ISD Letter to Parents for Free, Reduced-Price Meals

July 29, 2016 - Children need healthy meals to learn. Center ISD offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast costs $1.25; lunch costs $2.50 and $2.70 at the High School. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced-price meals. Reduced-price is $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch. If you received a notification letter that a child is directly certified for free meals, do not complete an application. Let the school know if any children in the household attending school are not listed in the letter.

Center ISD Mandatory Substitute Orientation

July 28, 2016 - Center ISD will be holding their annual Substitute Orientation on Wednesday, August 3rd from 8 AM to 12 Noon at the High School Library.
