Shelby Savings Bank Donates T-Shirts to Freshmen Fish Camp

September 16, 2016 - The Center High School graduating class of 2020 would like to thank Shelby Savings Bank for their t-shirt donation benefiting Freshmen "Fish Camp" on August 16th. Each student was given a free t-shirt when they attended. Fish Camp allows freshmen the opportunity to tour the campus, locate their classrooms and meet teachers before the school year begins.

Center HS Senior Portraits are Monday, Sept 19th

September 15, 2016 - Senior portraits will be taken on Monday, September 19th. Students who wish to receive their proofs at home must bring $10. Students also need to know their home address. If proofs are not purchased, the student will not see his/her senior photo until they appear in the yearbook.

There is not a required form. Gowns will be provided.

Homecoming Tailgating Friday

September 15, 2016 - First Baptist Church, along with many local businesses, will be sponsoring a Homecoming Tailgate Fellowship on Friday from 5:00 to 6:00pm adjacent to Roughrider Stadium, near F.L. Moffett Primary School. There will be lots of food and an opportunity to visit with friends before the game. This is a community wide get-together and everyone is invited. Door prizes will be given away, including an iPad. The event is free.

Center HS Tennis Updates, Caps and Athletic Passes

September 14, 2016 - Tennis Update: Saturday, September 24th the Center vs Pleasant Grove at Lindale game has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 1st, Center vs Pleasant Grove at Hallsville.

Area Tournament Monday, October 17th will be two rounds played and adding Tuesday, October 18 for the Area Finals at Longview High School.

September 14, 2016 - The yearbook staff will be near the entrance of the Homecoming Game this Friday from 6:00 until 3rd quarter to sell the 2016-2017 yearbook. Books are $45. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.

Center Class of '66 50th School Reunion

September 6, 2016 - The class of 1966 will be having their 50th school reunion on September 17, 2016 at 6:30pm at "Old Center Sanitarium" on FM 2788- CR 3047 (Old Sardis Rd.). Cost is $15 per person, $25 per couple and you can pay at the door.
