The water on San Augustine Rural WSC no longer requires boiling.

February 4, 2025 - On January 30, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the San Augustine Rural Public Water System, #2030007, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

January 21, 2025 - Center ISD has been closely monitoring the weather situation. Initially it did not appear that we would get significant accumulation, however now it appears that we could.

We also have a significant number of employees who would have to drive in to work through dangerous situations. Out of an abundance of caution,
