State Championship Game Tickets and Fan Bus Info

There will be a fan bus traveling to the State Championship game. All children up to 8th grade must be accompanied by an adult. Students in 8th -12th grade may ride the bus without an adult. It will cost $10.00 per person to ride the bus. This price does NOT include ticket into the game. You may purchase your ticket to the game when you purchase bus ticket. Seats are limited and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Tenaha Tiger Black Out Pep Rally

December 4, 2017 - Tigers versus Timpson! State Quarterfinal for the Region III title! Join us as we cheer the Tenaha Tigers on to another round of Football Play Offs!

Tenaha ISD would like to invite everyone to join the Tigers for their Black Out Pep Rally to be held Thursday, December 7th, at 3:05 in the Special Events Center! 

The game will take place later that evening. Kick Off at 7pm at Carthage Bulldog Stadium. Tickets will be $7 for adults and $5 for students with no presale tickets available.

November 16, 2017 - Each month teachers nominate students that exhibit outstanding qualities in and out of the classroom. Students that are featured each month display leadership skills, inspires others to excel and are committed to promoting a positive attitude towards achieving their goals.

Tenaha ISD Veterans Day Program

November 7, 2017 - Please join us in honoring our Veterans. Tenaha ISD will hold their annual Veterans Day Program Friday, November 10, at 9am in the Tenaha High School Cafetorium.

There will be a special presentation from Larry Hume with the Shelby County VFW. Kindergarten and 1st grade will be presenting a song and the 2nd grade will be performing a skit. The Roarin’ Band from Tiger Land will be playing at the event.

All veterans and current service members are invited to this special event.  A reception will follow program. 

Tenaha 4th Grade Mixture and Solutions

October 30, 2017 - Tenaha 4th grade students got a hands on lesson discerning what a mixture is and what a solution is during their class recently. Students utilized pretzels, cereal, dried fruits, and marshmellows as an example of a mixture. Punch to go with the trail mix was their example of a solution. Students were able to observe the mixtures and solutions to answer questions presented to them by their teacher.
