September 19, 2017 - The Tenaha Beta Club has adopted a classroom affected by Hurricane Harvey.

This classroom is at Hardin Jefferson Middle School in Sour Lake, Texas and has lost everything.

We are asking for the Tiger Nation to please help us help this classroom.

September 12, 2017 - Tenaha ISD is hosting Elementary Parent Nights this week and next week at 4:30pm in the Elementary classroom. This will be a sit down group meeting. Please enter at the Elementary Building.

September 6, 2017 - Tenaha Elementary School has set their annual Parent Night for grades PK-5.  The meetings are designed as group meetings for parents to become familiar with the class expectations and procedures for their child. 

The meetings are scheduled as follows:

August 28, 2017 - Tenaha ISD Update:

Tenaha ISD schools are in session. Tenaha ISD officials are monitoring road conditions and the weather.

The safety of our students and staff are our number one priority. If conditions worsen and school is cancelled we will notify the community through local media including Shelby County Today, Light and Champion, East Texas Press, KGAS, Center Broadcasting (KDET) and all local TV stations.

As of now the Tenaha vs Joaquin game is still scheduled for Friday, September 1st in The Pitt at 7:30 pm.
