Tenaha Tiger Hall of Honor Nominations Due Today

July 24, 2023 (Nomination Form) - On May 17, 2005, the Tenaha Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the creation of the Tenaha Tiger Hall of Honor in order to recognize those individuals that have distinguished themselves as past or current educators, alumni, or supporters of the Tenaha school system.

Tenaha High School Band Invited to Demonstrate at the TMEA Convention

July 28, 2023 - Tenaha ISD is extremely excited and honored to share that this past week, our district was informed by the Texas Music Education Association (TMEA) Band Division President that our high school band was chosen to be an "Invited Program Spotlight" at the 2024 TMEA Convention.

Back to School Supply Distribution

July 27, 2023 - 3P’s is hosting a Back to School Supply Distribution August 7, 2023, from 8 am until 11am.

The distribution will be held at 717 Southview Circle in Center with drive-thru pickup convenience.

July 19, 2023 - Aurora Concepts is hosting a Back to School Vaccine Clinic on July 24th from 10am to 2pm at the Center Clinic, 233 Hurst Street, Suite B (behind the front clinic), Center, Texas 75935.

Tenaha ISD Mandatory Substitute Training Set for July 27

Attention All Prospective, Newly Hired, and/or Returning Substitutes:

June 29, 2023 - Tenaha ISD has a mandatory Substitute Training on July 27th at 5 pm in the TISD Cafetorium. ALL substitutes must attend this training.

All fingerprinting and paperwork must be completed before the training!

Any prospective applicants: Please pick up an application, complete, and return to the TISD Administration offices prior to training.
