February 7, 2018 - Timpson ISD Bear Update Alert

School Release
Due to illness, Timpson ISD will be closed Thursday and Friday, February 8th & 9th. School will also be closed Monday, February 12th.   

Classes will resume on regular schedule Tuesday, February 13th. On the school calendar February 26th is indicated as a Remediation Day. 

That day (Feb. 26th) will be a regular school day.

February 2, 2018 - Timpson Elementary will be having a Book Fair on Monday, February 5th through February 9th and will be held in the Elementary Library.

January 31, 2018 - Timpson ISD Bear Update

Timpson Little Ballers
On February 2nd the Timpson Little Ballers will be performing at Halftime of the Varsity Boy’s Game and the Elementary PE classes will be performing during Halftime of the Varsity Girls games. On February 13, Center Tumbling Gym will be performing at halftime of the Varsity boy’s game.

January 22, 2018 - Timpson Bear Update Additions

THS College Night - Timpson High School is having a College Night on Tuesday, January 23rd in the Timpson High School auditorium. SFASU, Panola, and TSTC are planning on attending. We would like students and parents grades 7th-12th to attend. It is important that students begin planning their pathways. These Institutions of Higher Education will explain the options they will offer our Timpson students while they are still enrolled in high school. The College Night is from 5:30-7:00 PM.

January 16, 2018 - Homemade chili sale January 20, 2018 at the Timpson Volunteer Fire Department Fire Hall 11am till sold out.

$8 per 16oz c up of chili. Your choice of crackers or Fritos. Shredded cheese. Dessert and drink included.

All proceeds will benefit the Timpson Band Boosters. The Boosters help the Timpson Bear Band with the cost of trips, meals, activities, etc. Come support the award winning Timpson Bear Band.
