March 24, 2016 - With the score tied at six in the tenth inning, Colby Price (Nederland, Tx) hit a sacrifice fly, bringing home Hector Morales (Royal Palm Beach, Fl).
Colby Price and Andrew Pace (Beaumont, Tx) was hot from the plate for Panola. Price went 2-5, drove in one and scored one run. Pace went 3-4 with a run scored.
Landon Marshall (Huntington Beach, Ca) racked up three RBIs on two hits for Panola. He doubled in the fourth inning and homered in the eighth inning.

March 21, 2016 - The Health Sciences Division of Panola College will host a “Second Career Open House” for community members who are interested in finding out more about options for health careers. The Open House will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m.,Tuesday, March 29, in the Health and Natural Sciences Building in Carthage, TX. March 6, 2016 Lufkin, Texas - The Panola College men’s basketball team fell to Trinity Valley Community College in the Region XIV Conference Tournament final, 82-60. With the loss, Panola concludes their season with a 24-9 record.
March 5, 2016 - Lufkin, Texas – The Panola College men’s basketball team defeated Lamar State College-Port Arthur in the semifinals of the Region XIV Conference Tournament, 79-75. The victory propels the Ponies to the conference championship game tomorrow against Trinity Valley Community College.

March 1, 2016 - Panola College rodeo team traveled to Robstown for the 7th Southern Region rodeo February 26-27.
Kole Chandler, a freshman from Mississippi, started the action off in the bareback riding. Kole scored 63 points on his long go horse good enough to win a spot in the top ten. The top ten in each event come back and then compete on a second head of stock for average points. Chandler short go horse was good enough to earn him a 69 point ride and land him in 5th place.
