August 12, 2021 - A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Tenaha ISD will be held August 16, 2021, beginning at 5:30 PM in the Boardroom of the Administration Office, 138 College Street, Tenaha, Texas 75974.

August 12, 2021 - A Called Public Hearing of the Board of Trustees of Tenaha ISD will be held August 16, 2021, beginning at 5:15 PM in the Boardroom of the Administration Office 138 College Street Tenaha, Texas 75974.

Tenaha ISD Announces Continued Participation in Community Eligibility Program

August 10, 2021 - The Tenaha ISD announced today it will continue its policy to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2021-2022 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This new approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.

July 29, 2021 - It is the policy of Tenaha ISD to not discriminate or engage in harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or any other legally protected status in its educational and vocational programs, services or activities or matters related to employment as required by Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, and the Section 504 of the Rehabilitation act of 1973 as amended.

Tenaha Together Committee Presents Opportunity at July 4th Celebration (Updated)

Remember and honor persons close to your heart!

June 30, 2021 - The Tenaha Businessmen’s will present the July 4th Fireworks Display at the Raymond Jackson Stadium in Tenaha. Gates will open at 7:00 pm. In addition to live music, food, and a beautiful fireworks display, the Tenaha Together Committee would like to present the opportunity for the community to remember and honor persons close to their heart. Their names will be read during the ceremony.
