May 23, 2019 - Lydia Missionary Baptist Church Revival is Sunday, June 2nd through Wednesday, June 5th. Service Sunday is at 11am and 6pm. Monday through Wednesday service is at 7pm nightly. May 17, 2019 - The Shelbyville Dragon band will have their spring concert on Monday, May 20 at 6pm in the Shelbyville Gym.

The band boosters will be selling Spaghetti dinners, plate includes spaghetti (chicken or regular) and  a dessert and drink. Serving will begin at 5pm. Plates are $10 each. Thank you for your support of the Dragon Band!

May 13, 2019 - The Dragons are Area Champions!  They will play Cushing in the Regional Quarterfinals. The series is set for:

• Game 1: Thursday, May 16  at 6:00
• Game 2: Friday, May 17  at 5:00
• Game 3: 30 minutes after game 2 if needed

All games are at Rusk High School. We will be in the 1st base dugout.

Ticket prices are $5 adults, $2 students.

District passes, Coaching cards, and Senior Citizens passes will be accepted

April 30, 2019 - The Shelbyville High School band performed at UIL Region 21 Concert and Sightreading Contest in Bullard, Tx on Thursday, April 25. The band performed three prepared pieces and sight-read a piece for a panel of judges.
