February 28, 2018 - The Shelbyville FFA AG Mechanics’ show teams took projects to the San Antonio Jr Ag Mechanics Show on Feb. 24, 2018.

February 26, 2018 - The Dragons defeated Pineywoods Community Academy for the Area Championship.

They will advance to the Regional Quarterfinals and will be played at the Woodville High School gym vs Evadale on Feb. 27, 2018 at 7pm. The Summit, the gym is near the football stadium.

February 16, 2018 - Huxley Helping Hands, a local mission group from the Huxley Community, are holding a food pantry for the residents of Shelby County. Everyone must show identification-new recipients must show proof of residencey and income.

Only one (1) box per household.

February 13, 2018 - Shelbyville High School band students have spent the past few weeks preparing a solo and/or an ensemble for competition. On Saturday, February 10, these students competed at UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest at Stephen F. Austin State University. At the end of the day the band brought home a total of 22 medals.
