December 13, 2022 - The Joaquin varsity girls basketball game originally scheduled for today has been rescheduled for tomorrow, December 14 at 5pm and will still be played in Shelbyville. The Joaquin boys basketball game originally scheduled for today December 13 has been cancelled.

December 12, 2022 - Maisyn Moore of Joaquin ISD was presented a certificate, a medal and a check for $100 for winning the Voice of Democracy essay contest at the post level during our Veterans Day program.

November 21, 2022 - On November 17, 2022 Joaquin Elementary traveled to Stephen F. Austin State University to compete in Academic UIL for District 23AA. We are proud of our students for their outstanding performance. Joaquin Elementary placed 2nd as a district.

October 14, 2022 - Joaquin ISD had the pleasure of hosting the Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department this week during Fire Prevention Week.

October 6, 2022 - Joaquin ISD parents, families, and community members are invited to attend an informal meeting regarding your students with autism differences. We will discuss what autism is and how you can help your loved one on the spectrum experience success academically, socially, and behaviorally at school, at home, and in the community.
