August 7, 2019 - Starting Wednesday, August 14th, the buses will roll out of the Center I.S.D. Transportation Department to signal the beginning of the new school year. It is our belief that our school buses carry a family’s most precious and irreplaceable cargo. We at Center I.S.D. want to do everything in our power to bring your students to and from their campuses as safely as possible. 

August 6, 2019 - Center High School will host its annual Freshman "Fish" Camp on Thursday, August 8th from 9:30 - 2:30. 

This is for students only (meet the teacher will be later that same evening.)
 
Students should report to the CHS Cafeteria - doors will open at 9:30 for registration and event begins promptly at 10:00. Lunch and snacks will be provided. 

This is a wonderful way for incoming freshmen to become acquainted with the CHS campus and staff. The day will include:

 July 30, 2019 - Cross Country practice will begin August 1st, 2019 at 7:00am. Be sure to meet on the High School Football field.

July 22, 2019 - Volleyball and Cross Country announcements.

Volleyball - Volleyball Parent Meeting is July 26th at 6 p.m. in the HS cafeteria. It is mandatory for players and their parent/legal guardian to attend. The 2019 game schedule is attached here.

Cross Country - Coach Boone will be having an information meet for MS and HS athletes on July 24th at 6 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.
