Panola Early College HS, Panola Charter School Announces New School Hours

July 20, 2017 - Panola Early College High School and Panola Charter School will begin observing new hours this coming school year.

The new hours will be from 7:45am to 12:05pm with afternoon tutorials running from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The regular session of the 85th Legislature made some changes to the implementation regarding minutes of operation for charter schools for the 2017-2018 school year and this was the basis for the reflected changes for both school campuses.

July 19, 2017 Austin – A man suspected of rolling back the odometers on hundreds of vehicles to defraud innocent Texas consumers was arrested following a three-year investigation by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV), the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Fort Worth Police Department, the Grand Prairie Police Department, the Tarrant County Regional Auto Crimes Task Force and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.

Lil’ Riders Punt, Pass, and Kick Camp, August 17th, Roughrider Stadium

July 18, 2017 - Attention all “Lil Riders”: Girls and Boys that are entering Kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to attend the third annual “Lil Rider Punt, Pass, and Kick” camp. The event will be held at 5pm Thursday August 17th at Roughrider Stadium in Center, Texas. The Varsity Football Team and Coaching Staff will work with the kids on throwing, kicking, catching, agility drills, and more.

Piney Woods Photographic Society Montly Meeting, July 15th

July 14, 2017 - The monthly meeting of the piney woods photographic Society will be held this Saturday, July 15, 2017 beginning at 9 AM until 12 PM.
