May 23, 2024 - Kylie Hubbard, TJ Belin, Genesis Odom, Jakevin Robinson, and Caleb Mosley are Junior (Class of 2025) students of Center High School and they were selected to participate in the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Seeking, Observing, and Achieving Results (SOAR) HBCU Scholars Program at Texas Southern University.

May 10. 2024 - On Wednesday, May 8, the Lifeskills classes of Center ISD attended the annual Integrated Athletic Meet in Shelbyville.

April 30, 2024 - Center Rider Varsity and Junior Varsity Tennis teams lead by Coach Leon Dykes and Coach Lori Mancheck each won their 2024 District Championship!

At the Varsity District tournament in Longview, the Girls team placed first and the Boys team placed third.

Heading to Regionals in Girls Doubles for finishing first are Sayre Hall and Reese Cockrell. Also, heading to Regionals is Jalen Postell in Girls Singles for finishing first.

April 9, 2024 - Center ISD has been monitoring the road conditions and the potential for more rain tonight, and school administration has made the decision to cancel school tomorrow, April 10, 2024.

Currently there are 14 routes or parts of bus routes that the school buses simply cannot make. All extracurricular games and practices are cancelled for tomorrow. Please stay safe.
