Center ISD Monitoring Weather; School Cancelled

January 23, 2024 (9:53pm) - Due to the flooding and continued rain, Center ISD is canceling classes for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

January 23, 2024 - Center ISD is monitoring the weather and flooding situation. We will make a decision before 10pm tonight, January 23.

Center HS Student Parking Changes for Jan. 8-12

Attention CHS Students,

January 5, 2024 - Due to construction materials being placed in the student parking lot, parking spaces in the back of the student parking lot are limited. After the student parking lot is filled, students may park in the back two rows of the teacher parking lot. Students may enter the building through the 200 hallway. This change will be for the week of January 8-12 or until further notice. 

Center ISD Addresses Occurrence of State-wide Threat

December 8, 2023 - Center ISD is aware of the state-wide threats going around to various districts throughout the state. Center ISD has NOT received any threats at this time. We have been in communication with Region VII and are staying apprised of the situation. 

The FBI, State and local law enforcement are working vigilantly and have decided that these are hoax threats according to Region VII. Only one district in Region VII has received this email. 

Our district will continue to monitor this situation, and will keep you informed.

December 6, 2023 - Lanaijha Johnson from Center has been selected as 1 of 11 nominees for the Dave Campbell’s Miss Texas Basketball Player of the Week Award presented by Chicken Express!
