October 6, 2022 - Joaquin ISD parents, families, and community members are invited to attend an informal meeting regarding your students with autism differences. We will discuss what autism is and how you can help your loved one on the spectrum experience success academically, socially, and behaviorally at school, at home, and in the community.
October 3, 2022 - Joaquin ISD is pleased to announce an “A =Superior Achievement” rating on the 2021-22 School Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST).
A financial management report explaining our FIRST rating will be presented during the regular scheduled board meeting at 6pm on Monday, October 17, 2022 in the Joaquin ISD Board Room.

September 1, 2022 - Due to the wide spread power outage, Joaquin ISD we will delay school start time by two hours, School will update in a hour with further information.
August 22, 2022 - Joaquin ISD has scheduled a substitute orientation and training for Friday, August 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. The orientation will be held at the Joaquin ISD Administration Building located at the far end of the football field. August 19, 2022 - Accountability ratings for 2021-2022 school year have been released by TEA. We are proud to announce that Joaquin ISD received an A, which is the highest rating that a district can earn.

Fortunately, this school year the supply lists are much shorter as many of the schools are providing general classroom supplies during the 2022-2023 year such as pens, pencils, markers, scissors, rulers, tissue and other items that will be replenished as needed.
