Joaquin ISD Announces Delayed Start for Jan. 12

January 11, 2021 - Joaquin ISD will have a late start tomorrow, January 12, 2021. School will start at 10am and staff will report at 9:40am. Buses will run approximately two hours later than normal.

Joaquin ISD Closes School for Jan 11th

January 10, 2021 - Joaquin ISD will be closed on Monday, January 11, 2021 due to weather. Classes will resume at regular time on Tuesday morning, January 12th.

Joaquin Lady Rams 2021 Softball Schedule

January 8, 2021 - The Joaquin Lady Rams are gearing up for the 2021 Softball season. Both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams will play their first games away on February 6th against Elysian Fields at 11am. Click here to see the full schedule.

Joaquin Rams 2021 Baseball Schedule

January 8, 2021 - The Joaquin Rams baseball season starts with the Rams traveling to Waskom on February 22, 2021 for a 6:30pm game time. To see the full baseball season schedule, click here.

Joaquin ISD Substitute Training, Orientation

January 8, 2021 - Joaquin ISD has scheduled a substitute training and orientation session for Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until noon. The training will be held in the Joaquin ISD Annex building located behind the high school.

Joaquin ISD Letter Regarding Remote Learning

December 18, 2020 - Dear Parents/Guardians/Staff:

Joaquin ISD is providing notice that the remote learning platform will be discontinued at the end of the semester. Remote learning will not be provided as a daily method of instruction as of January 5, 2021. You will have three options to choose from when we return:

1. Return to school for face-to face instruction
2. Enroll your student in another school district that offers remote instruction
3. Enroll your student in a homeschool program

Joaquin Basketball Game Updates

December 18, 2020 - Today, December 18th, Joaquin Varsity Boys will host Broaddus at 4pm and the Lady Rams will host Shelbyville at 5:30pm. Come out and support our kids! Tickets will be sold at the gate.

Saturday, December 19th, Varsity boys will travel to Brook Hill. Game start time is set for 11:45am. Tickets will be sold at the gate, and we are limited to 40 fans.

On Monday, December 21st, the Lady Rams will host Jacksonville. The JV girls will start at 11am with the Varsity Girls following.

December 11, 2020 - Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of December 2020 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.

Joaquin ISD High School Basketball Tickets 2020-2021 Season On Sale

December 10, 2020 - Joaquin ISD Basketball Athletes, Parents and Fans: We will be selling District 23-AA, High School Season Basketball Tickets for the 2020-21 season. These season tickets will cover admittance into all District games to include home and away games. However, we will only be allowed to bring 100 visitors to all away district games. By purchasing this season ticket it will ensure you have a ticket to the away games.

Joaquin Lady Ram Basketball Game Cancellations

November 20, 2020 - The Joaquin Lady Ram basketball games scheduled for Saturday, November 21st against Harleton have been canceled.

The JV game against Alto on Tuesday, November 24th has been canceled.
