Commissioner Bellmyer Reports Bridge Re-opened on CR 4020 (Update)

May 30, 2019 - (Update): Commissioner Bellmyer announces as of 4:17pm, Thursday CR 4020 has been re-opened for general use.


May 30, 2019 - Precinct 4 Commissioner Tom Bellmyer reports the bridge on CR 4020 which is approximately 1.25 miles off of Hwy 87 is temporarily closed for repairs. The bridge is broke down and repairs are currently being made.

Bellmyer said he hopes to have repairs completed and the bridge open by this Saturday.

Boil Water Notice for San Augustine Rural Water System Rescinded

May 28, 2019 - The water on San Augustine Rural WSC no longer requires boiling.

On May 23, 2019, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the San Augustine Rural Public Water System, #2030007, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

Boil Water Notice for McClelland Public Water System Rescinded

May 24, 2019 - On May 19, 2019, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the McClelland public water system, TX 2100011, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

Boil Water Notice for Shelbyville Water System (Rescinded)

Update: On May 20, 2019, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Shelbyville public water system, 2100014 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

N.E.W. Water Supply Boil Water Notice Rescinded

May 23, 2019 - The water on N.E.W. WSC no longer requires boiling. On May 20, 2019, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the N.E.W. Water Supply, #2030034, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
