October 24, 2017 - On October 18, 2017, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Denning Rural Water Supply, #2030004, to issue a Boil Water Notice due to inform customers, individuals or employees (West of FM 354) that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

Shannon Tecoko Mays pleaded guilty to federal tax violations and failure to appear for his trial on that charge in early 2015. Mays entered his guilty plea to two felony indictments today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Zack Hawthorn.
