December 9, 2019 - Shelbyville Middle School students competed in the District 22AA South Zone Middle School Academic UIL Meet held at Shelbyville on December 3rd and 5th.

“Students, sponsors, administrators and parents are to be commended for the commitment required by academic competition,” said Lisa Parker, UIL Assistant Director. “Experience gained through extracurricular activities is far more valuable than medals or trophies.”

November 21, 2019 - Shelbyville Middle School students will compete at Shelbyville in the District 22AA South Zone Middle School Academic UIL Meet on December 3rd and 5th. Schools competing include Martinsville, San Augustine, Shelbyville and Woden.  

November 18, 2019 - On November 12, Shelbyville High School students Dawson Jackson, Hagan Crumpton, Ava Silva, and Aubree Camp competed at the U.I.L. region congressional debate contest.

November 14, 2019 - Shelbyville FFA Ag Issues team competed at the Pineywoods District LDE competition on November 13, 2019 and placed 1st. They will advance to Area at SFA on November 21st.

November 11, 2019 - S.W. Carter Elementary School announces the Second Six Weeks Honor Roll.
