October 28, 2019 - Below are highlights from Junior Varsity and Middle School football games played last week agains Grace Community, Shepherd, and Spring Hill.

Center Freshman Football Team vs Grace Community

• Offensive standouts: Michael Scarber (68 yards touchdown run)
• Defensive standouts: Eric Allen (60 yards defensive touchdown) and Juan lopez (blocked field goal)

Center Junior Varsity Football Team vs Shepherd - Center won 40-7.

October 23, 2019 - The Tennis Team advances to the Region Semifinals after defeating Groesbeck last night 10-4 in the Region Quarterfinals.

October 22, 2019 - The Joaquin Varsity Cross Country team advances to Regionals. On Wednesday, October 16th the Joaquin Cross Country team competed at the District 22AA Cross Country Meet.

This week will see the Center Roughriders take an open-bye week. The ‘Riders are 4-3 overall this year and are 1-0 in District 9 4A action after beating Tarkington 62-42 last week. CHS will travel to Shepherd on October 25, 2019 for their next game.
