THS Senior Scholarship Program

At the Timpson High School Senior Scholarship program presenters awarded $94,720 in scholarships.  The TISD Board of Trustees, administrators and staff express their appreciation to the individuals, families, foundations, businesses and schools who gave so generously to help THS seniors.

Timpson ISD Sponsors Memorial Day Program

May 23, 2016 - American Legion Post 90 and Timpson ISD will sponsor a Memorial Day program at the gazebo on the Timpson square Monday, May 30 at 10am.

Military servicemen from Timpson who were killed in duty to their country will be named and Gold Star families will be recognized. In addition the presentation of colors, speeches and playing of TAPS will be part of this program.

Please join us for this important  program that recognizes, remembers and shows appreciation  to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our county.

Middle School Graduation is tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the THS Gym. High School Graduation is tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. in the THS Gym. Congratulations Graduates!!!

Timpson ISD FFA Banquet Awards, New Officer Installation

May 23, 2016 - The Timpson ISD FFA banquet was held May 10 in the TES cafeteria. Parents, FFA members, school staff and FFA supporters enjoyed a great meal provided by parents of the FFA officers. The 2016-2017 FFA officers were installed and they are Chase Clepper (Student Advisor), Connor Timmons (Sentinel), Kayleigh Scroggins (Reporter), Holly Hughes (Treasurer), Cutter Smith (Secretary), Macey Jo Hanson (Vice President), and Amanda Yates (President).

Timpson ISD Summer Program, Air U Trip, Cheer Mini Camp

May 18, 2016 - Timpson ISD Bear Update

Summer Feeding Program

Free breakfast and lunch will be offered to all students who are enrolled in school including persons enrolled in a school program for the mentally or physically disabled and persons under 21 years old enrolled in a  RCCI.  The Timpson ISD summer feeding program will be May 31 – June 30 on Monday – Thursday.  Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  All meals will be served in the Timpson Elementary School cafeteria.

Timpson HS Academic Awards

May 18, 2016 - Timpson High School held its annual Academic Awards Program on May 12 in the high school auditorium.  Principal Ron Lindgren served as program emcee. Below are awards that were presented with more to come in tomorrow’s Bear Update.
