In 1975, Pam wed Jerry R. Phelps with whom she shared 40 years of marriage. Shortly after they wed, Pam and Jerry moved to Center, Texas where they raised their two children, Valerie Ogle and Nathan Phelps, and created a circle of close friends that quickly became their extended family.
