May 20, 2022 (Sample Ballots) - General Primary Run Off Elections for both the Democrat and the Republican Parties to nominate candidates for the November Election start with early voting each weekday at the Center Community House, 423 San Augustine Street, Center, Texas 75935 between the hours of 8am and 5pm beginning on May 16, 2022 and ending May 20, 2022.

May 12, 2022 - The 2nd Saturday in May is when Mail Carriers try to Stamp Out Hunger by collecting non-perishable donations in a bag by your mailbox. Saturday, May 14th is the day this year and the National Assocation of Letter Carriers (NALC) asks everyone to "Help us, Help Someone." The bags will be picked up and delivered to the local food bank. This is the 30th Annual Letter Carriers' Food Drive.

May 6, 2022 - Today, May 7, 2022 is election day for many cities and schools around the county. Also, there is a Constitutional Amendment Election for two propositions and a Special Election for Center ISD Bond Propositions with both having the potential to affect property taxes.

All polling locations will be open from 7am - 7pm.
