The Joaquin Rams varsity football team visited the Logansport Tigers for their final tune-up scrimmage of the season. The Rams will begin their regular season with a season opener at Arp High School’s Tigers Stadium on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.

The Timpson Bears were spotted in their first football scrimmage on Friday when the Groveton Indians came to Timpson. The two teams got in much needed work despite extremely high temperatures which showed to be at 105 degrees at the start of the event. Many fans braved the blistering heat to get their first look at the #2 ranked Bears in action.
